We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return.

We accept returns in their original and unworn condition via prepaid insured mail within 5 (five) days of receipt for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping costs.

 If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

** note: All returned items must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition. We do not refund the original cost of shipping.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.  For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount.  Edge & Proper, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on shipping returns.

C.O.D Deliveries are not accepted. 

Exchanges/returns are accepted for items purchased on the website only.

Edge & Proper, LLC reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

 



To start a return, you can contact us at edgeandproper@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within three (3) business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please notify us within five (5) days at edgeandproper@gmail.com.  If we are notified after seven (5) business days or order receipt, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: custom or personalized orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Exchanges
We don't accept exchanges or order cancellations.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Note that we will NOT refund shipping fees to you or for your return.  

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
